Home Based & Outreach

Home is where growth begins. Our clinical team of experts provides therapy in the home and community, building skills that matter most to everyday life.

 

Services are designed for children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 0–21) with a focus on functional skills, family partnership, and inclusion.

  • Developing communication, social, daily living, and independence skills

  • Creating and monitoring individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

  • Embedding learning into family routines such as mealtimes, play, and transitions

  • Supporting learners in community settings — practicing safety, self-advocacy, and social interaction

  • Promoting family growth and community inclusion through collaboration and guidance

Schools & Agencies

Learners’ Compass partners with school districts and agencies to provide support ranging from 1:1 student care to classroom and school-wide systems. We begin with a needs assessment to align services with program goals.
